01 I’m in need of security services, but I’m not located in Toronto. Which municipalities do you serve?
We work with customers all over the GTA, including Ajax, Brampton, King City, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Newmarket, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and Whitby. Need security solutions but don’t see your location listed? We travel farther for certain projects, so get in touch and we can chat!
02 What types of security services do you provide?
We offer a full suite of security solutions, including licensed security guards, condominium concierge services, tactical guards, fire watch, contractor escort guards, party guards, special event security as well as mobile patrols and parking enforcement.
03 Are your guards licensed and trained?
Yes. All of our security personnel are licensed by the Ministry of Safety and Community Service and receive regular training in conflict resolution, emergency procedures, customer service, and site-specific procedures. Depending on the type of coverage requested, some personnel receive augmented training such as use of force, baton and handcuffing, etc.
04 What types of uniforms to your security personnel wear?
We offer a range of uniform options tailored to the specific needs of each client. These include professional concierge attire, such as a high-end three-piece suit for a polished front desk presence or tactical uniforms featuring durable tactical pants, combat boots, and a stab-resistant vest for higher-risk or more active security environments plus everything in between!
05 Do you offer parking enforcement for private property?
Yes. We enforce parking rules on behalf of property owners such as commercial properties, industrial locations, and residential properties. SMS is licensed to issue warnings, ticket and tow vehicles in all GTA municipalities and beyond. We can even issue private citations to allow your parking area to earn money.
06 What does a mobile patrol involve?
Mobile patrols are scheduled drive-by or walk-through inspections of your propert, designed to deter trespassing, vandalism, and other unwanted activity. Patrol frequency and timing are fully customizable and we will work with you to meet your needs.
07 How are patrols documented?
Each patrol is logged digitally, with GPS tracking, time-stamped reports, and incident notes provided to clients via email.
